By registering an account on wowph98, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. wowph98 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible.

To access the full range of services offered by wowph98, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and a valid mobile number.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) wowph98 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wowph98 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You must notify wowph98 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• wowph98 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have notified wowph98 of a security breach in accordance with these Terms.

wowph98 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by wowph98 may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals.

wowph98 supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions on the wowph98 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your wowph98 account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. wowph98 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and previously used for a deposit on your account, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• wowph98 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity and source of funds.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. wowph98 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours on business days, though actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider.
• wowph98 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

wowph98 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may only be used on games specified in the relevant promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or other abusive behaviour will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wowph98 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform software. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward wowph98 staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or responsible gaming measure implemented on your account.

All content on the wowph98 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of wowph98 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of wowph98.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any wowph98 trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of wowph98's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by wowph98.

Without limiting the foregoing, wowph98 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond wowph98's reasonable control.
• Any errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes resulting from technical malfunctions, provided that wowph98 takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Any third-party content, services, or websites linked to or from the Platform.

In any event, wowph98's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wowph98 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wowph98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if wowph98 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• You are ineligible to use the Platform under these Terms or applicable law.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to wowph98, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.
• wowph98 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

Upon termination of your account, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any amounts owed to wowph98 or forfeited under these Terms) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML verification requirements.

You may close your wowph98 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining balance will be returned to you in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and wowph98, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. wowph98 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding.

For disputes relating to the regulatory aspects of wowph98's operations, players may also refer their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

wowph98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your account.

The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the wowph98 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
